Rose Drzewicki Customer Service Director rose@otptrust.com Rose Drzewicki was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan, and attended Delta College located in that community. After graduation, Rose had a highly sucessful career working for Bay Medical Center as the Employee Project Coordinator, and raised millions of dollars for the construction of their new medical facility. Rose and her family moved to Arizona in 1981 and she joined Ramada, Inc. as the Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator. After seven years with Ramada, an opportunity arose for Rose to join Intel, working as a Project Business Analyst in Process Improvement. Rose has been a homeowner in Miramar for over ten years, and has a deep knowledge of Greater Rocky Point and the Gold Coast. She has substantial experience of the Rocky Point market, and efficient working relationships with local real estate resources based upon her work developing the Playa Miramar HOA By-Laws and CC&R's. Constanza Gonzalez Administrative Director cgonzalez@otptrust.com Born in Armero, Colombia, our Administrative Director Constanza Gonzalez has unusually broad international experience. A product of the Catholic schools of both Armero and Ibagué, Constanza moved to Colombia's capitol -- Bogata -- to study accounting at Colombia University. As part of the requirements for her accounting degree, Constanza worked at a number of international firms. Experience at these diverse firms -- an Italian company which manufactured PVC resins and Cessna Aircraft Colombia, to name just two examples -- gave her early exposure to the mechanics of international transactions, and a broad-based perspective on international business. After graduation Constanza accepted a position as the head of the accounting department of a Colombian airline that had become aware of her work at Cessna, and later opened her own accounting firm in Bogata, which she sucessfully operated until 1995. In 1995 Constanza moved to Australia, and continued to broaden and deepen her knowledge of international business by taking courses in Australian tax law, and also chose this time to upgrade her already considerable computer skills. These efforts led to a position at Western Australian University, where she continued her accounting career. It was while in Australia that Constanza chose to migrate to Mexico. A long-time resident of Rocky Point, Constanza has proved to be a great asset to our firm. She studied Administration of Tourist Companies at CESUES, Sonora's most prestigeous institution dedicated to education in the areas of tourism and foreign investment. In 2005 Lizeth moved to Rocky Point to accept a position in the Trust Department at Realty Executives Rocky Point. At Realty Executives she gained wide experience with all aspects of trust processing and related documentation responsibilities.
